Cancellation of booking or postponement of the same can only be done 2 months prior to the event.
If no booking is received after the cancellation, the entire amount paid as advance is forfeited. However, is that date is rebooked by another guest then 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
If the Guest wishes to postpone the date instead of cancelling the event, they can do so with in one year from the date of booking based on availability.
